The InfoBay platform consists of three main modules seamlessly-integrated with the platform's central storage vault:

1.     Web-based Recipients Module:

• Registered users login regularly with pre-issued authentication credentials.

• One-off users access messages via two-factor authentication (Users click on email link (Soft Token) sent by InfoBay and enter one-time-password (OTP) sent by text message).

2.     Integration Module:

• InfoBay Integration Adaptor (ISA), is a built-in integration connectors, enables enterprise to share in a secure mode sensitive data in an Email format.

• InfoBay's Microsoft Outlook plugin allows back-office employees to send messages securely to any recipient. 

3.     Administrator's Console

 

The administrator's console provides management and monitoring capabilities to system administrator.
