The Solution

 

InfoBay Mail NET is structured much like the traditional post-office mail matrix. It interacts with the different organizational systems, either automatically via an API connection, or manually using a web-based UI, enabling each system to securely route outputs through InfoBay to individual mail recipients. 

 

With InfoBay Mail Net the transferred data never leaves the server. This provides users with only limited access to the information, which cannot be downloaded or routed to a different destination, and ensures that the highest security level is always maintained.

 

The system's innovative architecture is as simple, and yet as comprehensive as its basic structure. Consisting of a single, or several, mail servers, depending on usage volume and load balancing, InfoBay Mail Net can support an unlimited number of individual mailboxes. Each mailbox is accessed through a web client, requiring no installation on the client end.
