To create a simple yet secure platform for paperless postal services on a national scale, offering the local postal services a new business model that will maintain their position as leading providers of information distribution services.

Replacing the traditional delivery process of institutional mail with a paperless mailing solution, while overcoming the limitations of standard emailing services:

• From the recipient's perspective: a central, secure and spam-free application

 

The Solution

OnePost is a Personal Management Application that offers the security and privacy to receive mail, pay bills and store important documents and information. The service is accessible anytime, anywhere and from any device, and supports 'multi-factor authentication' to ensure complete security. All communication within the system is encrypted to guarantee only the intended recipient can view the messages.

 

Users can login to OnePost and manage all of their activities - receive bills, view past / historic information and reports, as well as other personal and institutional data. The user can also set reminders for payments and other relevant tasks.

 

OnePost can be installed locally at the client site, or with 3rd party hosts (cloud based system).
